The candidate will be responsible for defining project management policies and ensuring their implementation in all stages of a project, and lead teams of software developers and engineers from the concept phase to product launch.
• Define the objectives and scopes for each stage of a software development project
• Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and quality control for coordinating the work of all team members to ensure that the product is delivered on time
• Must have an advanced knowledge and experience of software programming and development ideally as a System Architect, and should be able to verify Codes himself in terms of functionality, quality, and security
• Should be able to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Should have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager of Software Development
• Must collaborate with the lead architect, developers, business analysts and company executives in order to determine the software's technical direction, system design and implementation plans.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the software team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
• Must create, maintain and track project plans and schedules, cost estimates and problem logs throughout the life of the project.
• Provide routine status reports to the management.
• Allocate company resources, conduct software team meetings, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate the deployment of software upgrades.
