• Minimum 12 Years of Experience in SAP is required
• Manage the SAP Functional teams including FICO, SD, Success factors, Ariba, PP, PS, QM and MM resources
• Maintain and configure SAP HANA modules for patches and upgrades, and projects when needed
• Conduct system configuration changes as part of the change management process
• Manage large scale projects and be responsible for leading and managing SAP-related project tasks in the development cycle, starting from analysis, functional design, Fit-gap analysis, and configuration and testing including supporting end-user testing, co-ordination of transports, movement to production
• Evaluate business needs and perform business process definition, prototyping, system configuration; test and implement software changes for new or changed business requirements in the Hana modules
• Assist with testing the solution, defect management, training and post-live support activities
• Assist with data conversion, and business review and acceptance of converted data

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
