Job Description:

Project Manager - Insurance Background

1. Relevant experience as a project manager for managing large Insurance Core System implementation projects

2. Provide end-to-end project management

3. Scope project requirements and prepare budget

4. Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

5. Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

6. Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

7. Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

8. Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

9. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

10. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

11. Experience of large scale change projects / business transformation

12. Formal project management certification and/or demonstrable experience and the responsibility of running multiple overlapping projects
