We are looking for candidates for the role or Project Managers to be part of our Enterprise Solutions Team. The Project Manager will manage key client projects and ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of Projects. Prepare reports for senior management regarding status of Projects. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
