Our client is now recruiting for a Project Manager – Projects. You will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager-Projects. Principal Accountabilities Strategic & Financial • Review and monitor project cost and maintain profitability along with finance department • Negotiate terms with consultants/vendors within a well-defined project performance framework • Monitor the projects execution in terms of cost and timeliness Process/Operational • Coordinate with estimation and planning to finalize project plans, costs, resources, deadlines and role of sub-contractors • Direct and lead resource requirements, including manpower, material and machinery at client site • Liaise with internal departments and clients to control/eliminate project costs, potential overruns, poor quality and rework • Direct and manage site engineers and operational site issues • Maintain project log & update regularly at site • Represent the organization in any on-site client negotiations, conflicts and issues • Ensure successful implementation of quality, safety, health & environment practices, programs and best practices • Determine labour requirements & dispatch workers to construction sites as required People • Assist in hiring and managing staff for assigned project • Monitor, mentor and motivate the team • Assess team performance across projects Minimum Requirements Specific Knowledge • 7-10 years of experience in project management • Must be a qualified Mechanical/Civil Engineer • Working knowledge of business Arabic preferred

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
