Job Description
• The Project Control Engineer is a core member of the Project Control team in the Division. He supports design teams with project management, project control and planning activities, including the preparation of projects schedules (e.g. Primavera), work load drivers, budgets, costs, deployment and allotment of the staff within the projects

• Track and report man-hours consumption, staff utilization and progress of [Division] design projects Support Project Managers with the assessment of the impact of design claims on project costs, schedule and resource utilization, as needed

• Support Project Managers with the preparation and management of project schedules, work load drivers, budgets and costs Provide support to Project Managers with the management of projects, specifically on the development and monitoring

• Support Project Managers with the preparation and management of project schedules (Primavera), work load drivers, budgets and costs

• Provide support to Project Managers with the management of projects, specifically on the development and monitoring of project work programs, schedules, budgets and costs

• Support Project Mangers with the preparation of project budget plans, work programs, resource graphs, as needed Assist Project Managers with the maintenance of project budgets and raise flags in case of budget over runs

• Collect, review, analyze and ensure comprehensiveness of the [Division] Sectors’ project progress reports raised by respective Project Managers and contribute to the development of overall [Division] projects status reports

• Support the identification and assessment of the Division’s risks (e.g. technical, external, organizational, project management, manpower, financial) after assessing the Divisions’ and Sectors’ business plans

• Support the development of risk registers for the Division, including risk probability, risk impact and adequate risk response strategies (e.g. risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation)

• Track and maintain risk registers for the Division and monitor and report the implementation of adequate risk response strategies if the risk is triggered

• Track and report [Division] design project-level risks in coordination with respective Project Managers Implement corporate policies and procedures

• Collect, review, analyze and ensure comprehensiveness of the [Division] Sectors’ project progress reports raised by respective Project Managers and contribute to the development of overall [Division] projects status reports
