Job Description
Responsibilities& Authorities:
  • Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
  • Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
  • To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market
  •  Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
  •  Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery terms
  •  Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers
  •  coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery
  •  Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects
  •  Monitoring the stock movement and maintain stock level as per the target.
  •  To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.
  •  To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies and directives issued by the department head.
