Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the Quality Control of all construction activities in accordance with Project Specifications and PQP. 
  • Responsible for reviewing construction procedures / method statements in accordance with client’s specified plans and requirements. 
  • Responsible to plan periodic quality assurance internal / external audits as per Integrated Management / PQP. 
  • Maintain all Quality Control and Assurance record / documentation and final hand over dossiers reports to client.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience (5 years UAE experience required)
Job-Specific Skills/Abilities:  
  • Relevant Experience in High Rise Building Projects
  • High professional competence and knowledge of International Quality Standards
  • Knowledge of construction nomenclature and techniques (means and methods)
  • General understanding of various building types 
  • Good communication and training skills (verbal and written) 
  • Strong teaching and coaching skills to bring new team members up to speed.
