Manage CRM and its servers (hosted on Azure cloud). This includes testing of new implementation, installing new patches on the servers, maintaining the servers, etc.
2. Manage CRM database. The DB includes details of course details, delegate information, organisation details, registration process, payment details, communications, etc.
3. The DB is been updated on a daily basis by team members, however; we need a resource to manage the data and see if it is up-to-date, updated in the right format, there is no missing information, manage the duplicates etc.
4. Manage Blackboard application and coordinate with the Blackboard support team to ensure that the application is updated. Enhance the features as required by the internal education team. (Blackboard is hosted on BB managed hosting, no support infrastructure support is required.)
5. Support the Turn tin and monitor its integration with BB as required.
6. Coordination with the website vendor to ensure the best security feature is enabled and it’s updated on a regular basis.
7. Ensure and monitor that a regular backup process is in place by coordinating with the respective vendors
