Job Description

POSITION: Quantity Surveyor

SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company

LOCATION: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately and willing to work in a permanent role

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to any nationality

Male, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Management or related field

At least 3-5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, oil and gas or related field

With large EPC or Aramco projects experience is an added advantages

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identify potential financial or construction risks

In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

SKILLS REQUIRED:

A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software

Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Teamworking

The ability to negotiate

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
