To provide support to Real Estate Infrastructure Service (Interior) Team on IFM Contract, PAC operation, Management of Utilities on interior scope, Contract management of RO Plant Operation and Land Allocation all of the above being part of CRE Interior Operation.
Compile, analyse, monitor and report the above operation on daily basis. Liaise with internal and external holders of the Real Estate Infrastructure Service (Interior) and provide the required support to ensure smooth operation.
Provide input to better manage the operation, restructure the current department data base to ensure ease of reporting and visibility of the operation.
Bachelor degree holder with a minimum of 3 to 4 years experiences or Diploma (HND) holder with a minimum of 6 years experiences in one of the following disciplines/majors either on Business Management, Hospitality and Hotel Management or must have worked on a small establishment managing the overall business of the establishment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interface with other departments and contractor representatives.

Managing the daily data for the unit, analayse the data and report them in various levels of the organisation
Assists in the planning and provision or execution of interior Real Estate activities (of Integrated Facilities Management [IFM] contract) in the Areas in a responsible and cost effective manner.
Assists in providing input, related to Real Estate assets, for the Integrated RE Operation Plan (in liaison with RE Operations & Project Delivery Teams), consistent with the RE Business Plan.
Monitor and report the execution of the integrity maintenance programme for both permanent & temporary camps under the custody of Real Estate according to the agreed integrity maintenance plan.
Apply innovative operating techniques to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of all Area's Real Estate activities.
Prepares, monitor and control annual budgets for the Area's Real Estate activities.
Ensure the consistent application of HSE and Quality Management principles in the Area's Real Estate activities.
Ensuring all PDO employees and contractors under your team, support and promote safety awareness programs by ensuring adherence to all HSSE requirements including life saving rules, STOP program, initiating meetings, attending meetings, highlighting unsafe practices, maintaining high standard of housekeeping, highlighting HSSE issues, execute audits, take corrective actions and monitor the performance.
Ensure effective operation of your business by close monitoring, report and propose improved operation strategy.
Close monitoring of the spending cost of the operation
Ensure stakeholders mainly Operation Asset Teams and Contractor staff population availing the service their requirements are known and delivered as expected
Provide effective stakeholder engagements of various units such as Royal Oman Police, Assets teams, Contract Holders etc
Protection of the environment part of operation, health and safety, service quality and cost control are the essential parts of deliverables
