Job Description
The Role:
  • To pick up the phone within 2 rings maximum to give positive impression to the callers. 
  • To handle the front office in a neat and professional manner as the person deals with various people to present a positive outlook of the company at all times as it reflects on the company. 
  • To handle and forward faxes and couriers to the right persons in the company such that they are benefited by the correspondence and can process the work faster and get faster results to avoid delay in their work. 
  • To answer queries and complaints of customers and forward to customer service to enable faster delivery on customer complaints and queries. 
  • To find out and arrange admin requirements of each staff to help them in doing his work which will show as a contributing factor to the companys performance. 
  • To liaise with service providers for printing orders like business cards letter heads to ensure timely and purposeful contact with clients and customers. 
  • Communicate to Admin Manager and staff and clarify requirements in a timely manner. If we require permission then forward it and follow up. 
  • Convey a message to the staff about the so that all can be done in a professional way (e. g. ARRANGES to fill in the business travel form signed by the respective manager and c.e.o). 
The Essentials:
  • Graduate 
  • 2 years experience in the Customer Service/ Receptionist role. 
  • With experience in switch board operation 
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
