Danat al Emarat Hospital is looking for a Recruitment Executive with experience in UAE Healthcare.
The responsibilities include:
Controls, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports Identifies suitable recruitment channel for company Screens applicants for compliance with position qualifications and requirements Summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time Develops employment contracts, and issues engagement advice
Prior experience is preferred, but not vital for this position.
Experience Requirements: 2 - 6 Years Education Requirements: Bachelors degree

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
