Job Description

A seasoned and high energy Staffing Professional with vast experience from a large corporate company. He will assist the Senior Management in Planning formulating reviewing and implementing Recruitment Process and Procedures.

1. Undertake yearly Manpower Planning and Budgeting,

2. Implement Recruitment and Selection procedures

3. Take new hiring initiatives, campus/ walk-in/career fairs.

4. Develop JD for each positon along with the technical manager

5. Adapt appropriate sourcing strategy.

6. Screen, Source and shortlist candidates.

7. Issues offer letter, complete documentation procedure and reference check formalities.

8. Ensure post offer follow-up until joining.

The selected candidate must have the following qualification and attributes:

1. Must be a Graduate preferable with the relevant degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management with more than 15 years of experience.

2. Must be proficient in both Arabic & English languages.

3. Must have good leadership and interpersonal and analytical skills.

4. Ability to stay calm and composed even during high stress.

5. Should be innovative and people oriented.
