Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the growth of the sensorssales and service business within the factory automation business across the Middle East.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a network of distributors, key accounts, system integrators and direct customers
  • Implement and establish local sales strategies, sales budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the headquarter
  • Manage the regional distributor network in order to increase sales via promotion of solution-selling initiatives and competency enhancement
  • Handle quotations, sales offers and price calculations
  • Closely cooperate with internal product management & marketing departments for go-to-market strategies and campaigns as well as customer training programs
  • Actively participate in customer roadshows, exhibitions and other market-related initiatives
  • Report to the General Manager
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree inElectronics or Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Proven sales experience in the Middle Eastern factory industry/automation
  • Knowledge ofCRM systems to efficiently manage sales progress
  • Fast understanding of technical matters and hands-on approach in the market
  • Ability to network with clients, end-users and regulatory bodies at a senior level
  • Strong work ethic, trustful, open and reliable
  • Decision-maker with strong communication skills and team player attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English(spoken and written)
  • High intercultural sensitivity
  • Willingness to travel
