Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Acquire anddevelop new customers throughout the Middle Eastern region
  • Act as a direct contact point for customers and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Implement and execute sales development strategies for the assigned areas in accordance with the overall sales strategy to achieve the company goals
  • Take over the management and training of local partners and distributors
  • Represent the company on trade shows and industry events
  • Conduct market research and prepare market analyses
  • Closely collaborate with the German Headquarter on a permanent basis
  • Report to the Business Development Director in Dubai
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar degree with technical expertise
  • At least 5 years of sales experience of complex products in MENA, water treatment knowledge preferred
  • Proven success in sales and account management
  • Ability to accomplish time management and prioritize workload
  • Fluent English language skills, Arabic skills are advantageous
  • Excellent negotiating skills and a structured and proactive way of working
  • Hands-on attitude and team player mentality
  • Willingness to travel frequently
