Acquire anddevelop new customers throughout the Middle Eastern region
Act as a direct contact point for customers and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction
Implement and execute sales development strategies for the assigned areas in accordance with the overall sales strategy to achieve the company goals
Take over the management and training of local partners and distributors
Represent the company on trade shows and industry events
Conduct market research and prepare market analyses
Closely collaborate with the German Headquarter on a permanent basis
Report to the Business Development Director in Dubai
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar degree with technical expertise
At least 5 years of sales experience of complex products in MENA, water treatment knowledge preferred
Proven success in sales and account management
Ability to accomplish time management and prioritize workload
Fluent English language skills, Arabic skills are advantageous
Excellent negotiating skills and a structured and proactive way of working
Hands-on attitude and team player mentality
Willingness to travel frequently

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
