JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate and market asset products of the bank to those customers who fall within the corporate Banking segment and ensure all customer needs are assessed and analysed crucially in a timely manner.
Each RM in Corporate is given an Existing Portfolio of Assets and Liability which covers the Bank network in the country and they are required to grow that Portfolio through existing as well as through NTBs along with other Products and Cross Sell Opportunities
KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Risk Management and Compliance
Perform risk assessment of the product through financial analysis and prepare credit proposal for submission to higher authority Perform all customer needs are assessed and analyzed crucially for the product to be viable
Solicit new relationships with the customers, develop current ones and revive stale ones. Increase customer base by X% Cross Sell other Banking Products to Corporate Customers. Mobilize Low Cost Deposits through opening of Sponsor Accounts as well as through opening of distributors and Supplier Accounts.
Data collection& Documentation
Complete all necessary documentation formalities required from the customer to grant facilities as per the related instructions to avoid noncompliance. Process approvals, renewals, enhancements of credit facilities to the clients in order to ensure effective internal and external audits with special adherence to compliance To undertake regular portfolio reviews (call reports) to understand portfolio growth in order to take effecient decisions to improve sales.
Respond to and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective service and clear advice to customers. Regularly meet related clients and get first hand feedback also coordinate day-to-day transactions of the clients. Closely monitor the activities of customers (their trade volume/ ancillary business etc.) to prevent any unusual or suspicious activity to ensure minimum risk. Provide highest standard of customer service to client.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum qualifications: Graduate
Minimum experience: 4 years in Corporate & Commercial Department.

The job holder must ensure full aware of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and relavant policies. He/she must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer.
