Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Break projects into doable actions and set time frames Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex organize meetings, update project schedules, inform necessary parties of deadlines, write work flow procedures, train project staff, maintain websites, and prepare marketing materials plans.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
