We're running an Online Hiring Event this coming Saturday to hire SaaSOps Chief Software Architects (USD $100K/yr).
Online Hiring Events are live forums designed to enable you to understand the role and requirements through an interactive Q&A session followed by a self-directed testing process. The testing takes between 3-5 hours to complete. It’s worth taking the time to finish all the tests because we evaluate every single complete application to find the top talent.
This event will include all testing required to apply for the role. Upon grading the tests, and if you advance, we will set up an interview with the hiring manager.
As a SaaSOps Chief Architect, you will be the owner of the infrastructure architecture and operations.
It will be your responsibility to ensure the availability, uptime, cost optimization, and overall quality of the product match the business requirements. You will also be the driver for technical simplification initiatives throughout the organization.
We are seeking hands-on professionals who are comfortable with challenging environments from technical and managerial perspectives.
Deep dive on all outages and perform root cause analysis to improve the uptime.
Leveraging the change management process.
Drive continuous product improvement.
1+ year experience at administration of one or more of the following platforms: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes or VMware
AWS certified Solutions Architect Associate; ITIL foundation; VMware associate 6; Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) will be considered a plus
Experience in operating production systems on AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Cloud Formation and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs or VMWare administration experience on mid- environment
Experienced at administration of one or more following platforms: Google Cloud Instances, Azure VMs
Skilled in writing playbooks and modules for Ansible
Experienced with declarative configuration management and provisioning tools like Puppet or Chef
Proficient in modern architecture stacks and SOA (service-oriented architecture)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
