You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager • Communication with distributor on order and follow up • Update of daily , weekly and monthly business management reports • Collection and compilation of monthly reports and report to management • Follow up and reminder for payment collection and account statement • Liaison with Field Service team to resolve sales issues • Liaison with Inventory and Logistics to address dealer concerns • Process dealer claims for warranty and shipping. General • Data management for dealer reports • Summarization of dealer agreements • Participate in setting the sales and pricing strategy • Dealer Sales contest coordination Reporting • Weekly / Monthly reporting on Sales situation and target achievement • Monthlyreport for business improvement KPI’s • Dealer monthly reporting compilation • On time payment • On time response to dealer queries Background & Key

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
