Job Description
Responsibilities 

• To drive the sales activity in the UAE region by promoting and selling Architectural ironmongery, sliding door gears and cabinet hardware fittings. The incumbent must be able to identify, develop and maintain relationships with Customers, Contractors, Interior Designers and Joineries / Fit-out Contractors to pursue sales leads, market / promote products and conclude sales.

• The incumbent should also be able to compile sales reports and forecasts for the review of the management and provide the required documentation and submittals to the customer.

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

• Expedite the resolution of customers’ problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and retain their good will.

• Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a pre-determined time schedule. 

Requirements


• Civil / Mechanical Engineering graduate OR similar strong techno-commercial background with min 3 years of UAE experience in sales and business development with reference to the building / construction sector.

• Previous experience of selling architectural materials on construction projects in the UAE.

• Existing relationships with Architects , Contractors , ID Designers etc. in the UAE.

• Excellent communication skills and command of English language, both written and spoken.

• Valid UAE driving license

• Age below 35 years .
