Stock management, fully responsible for stock ensuring accuracy of stock count at all times (no shortage); ensure planned daily route is covered in a disciplined manner.
Manage the day-to-day route operations including call preparation, pricing, credit outstanding list, trade offers and other objective achievements to ensure that you have all necessary tools to complete an effective call at all times.
Actively ensure the ranges of Brands and products assigned to the route are sold to ensure volume, value, productivity & GP targets set by Line Manager are achieved.
Acquire complete understanding of product range and transfer knowledge/ features & benefits to ensure customers are provided with information and support as required.
Observe and report on all significant competitive activities including price changes so as to collect market trends by brand

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
