Job Description

Our client is one of the leading and 3rd largest multinational companies in the world in the area of international trade of agri-business. It operates in 70 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 16,200 customers worldwide. With a team of more than 60,000 people globally, it has built a leadership position in many businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton and many more consumer products.

The company requires a SALES EXECUTIVE – Cocoa to based at their Dubai office looking after the middle east market.


• Support to deliver the sales as budgeted for and provide accurate reporting

• Negotiate pricing agreements within company’s guidelines

• Establish and maintain strong relationship with distributors to observe, interfere, and improve sales with indirect customers

• Implement sales and marketing plans, complete marketing responsibilities when required

• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies for increasing market share

• Work with operations team to follow shipments and contract management

• Cooperate with finance department to assure payments from customers are done within payment terms

• Provide technical support alongside sales function to distributors and customers

• Monitor dispatched samples to customers and assure trials and reports are obtained

Monitor and interpret laboratory projects to support ongoing sales activities

Will be required to travel frequently


• Young, energetic individual with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills

• Age: 27 to 35 years

• Work Experience: minimum 3-5 years successful B2B sales within food ingredient space

• University degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field. Master’s in business an advantage.

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills/mindset

• Strong business acumen

• Able to negotiate effectively

• Strong project management and presentation skills

• UAE and International experience will be preferred

• Candidates currently based in UAE will be preferred
