Job Description

Job brief:
To continuously maximize sales revenue by enhancing sales through new markets, clients and achieving sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. To provide inputs for the annual strategic sales plan that expand companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This role involves working in lubricant industry (specialty in automotive products such as food oil, gear oil, and other specialty oils refined for special uses) or DIRECT B2B experience in Commercial and Industrial market segments (Trucking, Construction, Automotive, Manufacturing, Oilfield Service, Food Service)
  • Growth mindset and a hunter type of sales attitude
  • Great customer service attitude
  • Quantitative skills in working with financial and statistical data with ability to calculate figures
  • Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers/prospects
  • Demonstrations of company product while on site
  • Create and maintain strong sales pipeline with detailed information as to number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities, status and next steps
  • Keeps management informed by maintaining and submitting activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses)
  • Meets or exceeds sales goals specified in the individual market plans
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, marketing and techniques, etc


Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years UAE Sales experience within Oil & Lubricants industry
  • 2+ years of experience in the lubricant industry (specialty in automotive products such as food oil, gear oil, and other specialty oils refined for special uses) or DIRECT B2B experience in Commercial and Industrial market segments (Trucking, Construction, Automotive, Manufacturing, Oilfield Service, Food Service)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales preferably into Oil & Lubricants industry.
  • Strong client network with thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic preferred
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Bachelors degree holder
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory for the role


Salary: Upto AED 4,000
