المهارات الأساسية : Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager - GCC & Africa Duties and Responsibilities â¢ Identify and work closely with the customers to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the product ranges â¢ Achieve the Product Category assigned budget in terms of growth and profitability. â¢ Monitor each customer's sales progress â¢ Prioritize the penetration of the market sectors. â¢ Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities. â¢ Work with other members of CED team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch). â¢ Segment markets, by region, sector, size, etc. â¢ Establish and maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing distributors. â¢ Work with other members of Consumer Electronics team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch). â¢ Complete various internal documentation / processes for execution of the orders. â¢ Coordinate with the factory, logistics and various other departments to ensure timely shipment of the goods. â¢ Follow up with the distributors for Letter of Credit, payment, etc. Special skills or qualifications : â¢ Should have knowledge of all CE products. â¢ Proactive, Multicultural, Team player / Graduate and above â¢ Must have a flair for sales â¢ Strong presentation and negotiation skills. â¢ Ability to build up rapport and good relationship with distributors. â¢ Regional knowledge of the consumer electronics market and products â¢ Ability to manage / influence the team of the distributors. â¢ Minimum 6 years regional experience, working in the consumer electronics industry preferably within a multinational company.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
