Keywords / Skills : Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager - GCC & Africa Duties and Responsibilities • Identify and work closely with the customers to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the product ranges • Achieve the Product Category assigned budget in terms of growth and profitability. • Monitor each customer's sales progress • Prioritize the penetration of the market sectors. • Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities. • Work with other members of CED team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch). • Segment markets, by region, sector, size, etc. • Establish and maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing distributors. • Work with other members of Consumer Electronics team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch). • Complete various internal documentation / processes for execution of the orders. • Coordinate with the factory, logistics and various other departments to ensure timely shipment of the goods. • Follow up with the distributors for Letter of Credit, payment, etc. Special skills or qualifications : • Should have knowledge of all CE products. • Proactive, Multicultural, Team player / Graduate and above • Must have a flair for sales • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to build up rapport and good relationship with distributors. • Regional knowledge of the consumer electronics market and products • Ability to manage / influence the team of the distributors. • Minimum 6 years regional experience, working in the consumer electronics industry preferably within a multinational company.
