A Freight Forwarding company requires a graduate with minimum five years of experience in Identifying, building and establishing new business leads, Also Interacting extensively and regularly with the heads of existing and new clients, business partners and service providers with in the region and world-wide on market strategy, rates, service standards, procedures, etc. Responsible to promote Sea, Road & Air Freight business for corporate to GCC & Other Destinations. Developing, implementing and improving the respective long medium and short-term sales and service delivery strategies and business policies to increase market share, yields productivity, and customer service levels and achieve short, medium and long-term expansion and growth plans as per company’s set objectives.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
