The key personnel shall plan and oversee new sales initiatives, generate business leads and successfully partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. Target oriented degree holders with Arabic and English communication skills and excellent experience in sales/ business development within automobile industry welcome. Brief responsibilities
Supports the Sales Department and initiate company sales activities in alignment with sales strategies and plans.
Continually develops an understanding of the companys culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of the business and reflects this in everyday performance.
Takes responsibility for personal development and actively seeks opportunities for improvement.
Gets the sale using sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, social media, etc.).
Proactively calls customers to sells and upsell from the companys product portfolio.
Works with customers to find what they want, creates solutions, ensures a smooth sales process and builds productive long lasting and trust relationships.
Remains knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Advises customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Maintains and expands clients database through business directories, clients referrals, etc.
Inside sales which involves cold calling for new clients.
Outdoors sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
