Responsibilities 
  • Establish plans/strategies to increase existing customer sales. 
  • Establish sales targets and monitor performance. 
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base. 
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. 
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. 
  • Manage direct sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications 
  • Experience of developing targeted sales sales plans for yourself or for the team and individuals therein. 
  • A successful track record of lead generation, lead nurturing and high conversion in closing sale. 
  • Familiar or experienced in a consultative sales methodology and value based selling. 
  • Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns. 
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Works well with others. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
