Candidate To Be Proficient In Conducting Soluble & Granular Npk Crop Demonstrations & Establish Product Potential. To Convert This Potential Into Sales.
Sales & Marketing,Import operations of Fertilizers in Uganda.
Logistics management of bulk fertilizers.
Set up chain of retail outlets in Uganda.
Documentation related to fertilizer & other commodities (For all commodities of Export trading co.(U) ltd)
- Adept at developing and effectuating innovative strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue.
Monitoring Promotional activities which includes Farmer meetings, Demonstrations, Crop Shows, publicity through electronic media.
Providing tailor made solutions to the farmers for increasing the yield parameters & also ensuring reduction in input costs.
Developing literatures to promote new products & technology to the farmers.
Formulation of business plan & budgeting on the basis of product performance & market
Responsible for complete operation in Uganda
Should be able to handle a team.
Forecasting future price trends by the help of various research tools and analyzing the demand & supply of different commodities on time-to-time basis.
Promoting promotional activities such as Stockiest /Dealers meets Trails / demonstrations, Campaigns as a part of brand building & market development effort.
Coordinate with large sale and development force for achieving business objective
Experience : Sales experience of alteast 5 years with fertilizer product in Uganda & surrounding region of DRC, South Sudan, Rwanda upto Malawi, Total experience of 8 years
Qualification: BSC/MSC Agronomy- soil sciences, MBA in marketing is added advantage
Age Criteria Max 35 Yrs
