A multinational company requires a Sales ManagerResponsibilities:- Responsible for managing team of sales, application & installation engineers to support all customers through provision of quotations, literature and technical product demonstrations for Power Generation Products.- Making continuous healthy relationships at all levels with existing & future prospective clients in concerned departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Operation & Maintenance etc.)- Development and growth of market share by targeting key projects, meeting the key decision makers and senior engineering staff and convert through technical and commercial work to purchase orders by understanding the needs of customers and guiding team to advise the customized solution accordingly.- Analysis & taking responsibilities for the execution of projects within agreed budgets, scope, timelines & monitoring the activities on regular basis.- Supporting & encouraging the team to show existence in the market and building image of product / company. Getting bids / tenders / procurement proposals prepared from team and BOQs for projects, calculation of subcontract and material pricing. Guidance to application engineer in sizing of generating set and technical aspects.- Preparing DAOP (Distributor Annual Operating Procedure) for diesel generator sets, Engines and gas generator sets defining Targets in terms of revenues, volumes and market share.- Defining initiatives and actions plan to achieve the targets and market share.- Ordering planning and executing orders of diesel generator sets / engines for stock based on continuous discussions and feedback from regions, frequency of sales and potential deals Region wide.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
