In conjunction with the COO, this position acts as a representative and ambassador to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
Manage the day to day operations of the Organization; allocating resources to achieve mandated and strategic objectives of the department and ensuring long term sustainability and effectiveness of the programs.
Assist in the development and achievement of short term and long term strategic, operational, and financial goals and objectives of the agency; assist in implementation of the Business Plan to ensure priority programs are adequately supported.

Essential skills and qualification requirements:
Master’s Degree in Management (Marketing or Sales)
Minimum of seven years’ of medical insurance marketing or business development experience
Thorough knowledge in UAE Medical Insurance regulations
Proven history of creating effective marketing and sales programs
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Should have Insurance qualifications
Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job
Good teamwork skills and networking ability
