Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to create brand awareness in the Emirates andlater inthe entireMiddle East
Identify sales and market opportunities
Setup successful sales and distribution channels
Establish network with architects, consultants, developers and building owners
Acquisition of new projects and customers
Firm in demonstrating the product line and holding presentations
Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and follow up on regular basis
Meeting and generating business with key accounts
Conduct market research as well as competition analysis and maintain knowledge of industry trends
Represent the brand at exhibitions and trade shows
Providedaily sales report and weekly activity report to the management
Target achieverwith thewillingness to go extra miles
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree in Economics or similar
Minimum ofthree years of working experience in sales in the Gulf region is required
Deep knowledge of sales techniques with proven sales record
Computer literacy and excellent command of English is a must
Consciousness of detail and customer oriented
Confidence and integrity
Self-motivated and independent working attitude
Good communication, negotiating and trouble shooting skills
Hands on approach in the market
A good networker and communicator
UAE driving license is required

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
