Contract Period: 4 years

Duty Schedule:
Weekdays 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
04.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Weekend 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
04.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Job Description:
This position exists to perform Sales promoter management duties on an accurate and timely manner from Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales and brand awareness as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.

Responsibility 1: Customer Handling
  1. Demonstrate and provide information on products, methods, in order to persuade customers to purchase products.
  2. Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
  3. Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
  4. Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.


Responsibility 2: Sales and Marketing Activities
  1. Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
  2. Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
  3. Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
  4. Practice demonstrations to ensure that they will run smoothly.
  5. Provide product information, using product catalogues, films, charts, and/or slide shows.
  6. Provide product samples, informational brochures, and other to persuade people to buy products.
  7. Record and report demonstration-related information such as the number of questions asked by the customers and the number of samples distributed.


Responsibility 3: Interpersonal and communication skills.
  1. Sell products being promoted, and keep records of sales.
  2. Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
  3. Write articles and pamphlets about products.
  4. Stock shelves with products.
  5. Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers needs.
  6. Visit trade shows, stores, community organizations, and other venues to demonstrate products or services, and to answer questions from potential customer in across UAE. With different mall and super market etc.
  7. Contact businesses and civic establishments to arrange to exhibit and sell merchandise.
  8. Learn about competitors products and consumers interests and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information.
  9. Carried out sales promotions and merchandising of companys product.


Job Requirements:

Kindly note this role requires female candidates only
  • Bachelors Degree or other equivalent experience in areas relating to accounting and order processing. Preferable with sales and marketing background diploma/etc. High school degree or BS in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar field.
  • Preferably with experience in sales back ground (knowledge in product promotion/sampling). Intermediate MS Office skills (excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Good sales and marketing skills and keen to details. Presence of mind and quick thinking processes and Ability to focus on key objectives and work within specific time frames. Good interpersonal relations, good planning, organizational and customer handling skills, required trailing most of the time.
  • Arabic and Tagalog speaking preferred


Salary Bracket:
Sales Promoter: AED 3,000 3,500 (inclusive of all)
Team Leader: Upto AED 3,200 (accommodation, company car & food provided)
