Selling paints products in assigned geographical area and Focus on generating new business Preparing quotations for customers' inquires within the allowed selling prices and discounts
Monitoring the sales orders till delivery is completed and meeting customers' requirements and satisfaction
Ensure the availability of paints sales tools in assigned shops through regular and scheduled visits
Maintaining the customers and projects database in a professional and confidential manner Collect payment in timely manner and following up the outstanding payments and report the status back on regular basis
Attending all complaints made by dealers and customers, and make necessary follow up to solve them Feedback on competitors' activities and their new products
Providing the necessary and required daily and weekly reports to manager

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
