Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

-Leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the sales targets of the Modern Trade Distribution Channel through effective planning and budgeting.

-Responsible for leading sales & promotions at Modern Trade Channel.

-Supervise sales operations of sales team.

-Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and follow up leads and samples provided by sales team.

-Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets and develop a detailed knowledge about the existing market trends and should be able to implement these trends cost effectively and also must maximize profit.

-Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.

-Meet monthly collection targets.

-Must have a clear picture of the stock inventory.

Requirements: -

5+ years in the local UAE experience selling to Modern Trade Distribution Channel.

-Very Good Communication

- English, Arabic Preferred

-Negotiation Skills.

-Contacts in the local Modern Trade Distribution Channel.
