Job Description
1) Attends the daily meetings of the restaurant management and takes necessary operational informations and

implements them.

2) Sees the problems that may occur at the moment of service and takes necessary precautions to prevent it.

3) Makes all tables, chairs and cushions on his/her section clean and ready to use at the right time.

4) Fulfills his/her responsibilities within the general rules of the branch.

5) Accepts the same quality of service understanding with all the waiters' friends.

6) Must have clear and proper appearance and she/he has to follow the dress code. (Always clean, ironed, tagged, hair - nailed).

7) When the guests arrive, greets them warmly with a smiling face (With welcome, good evening etc. words) and helps them to sit.

8) Delivers menus to guests with care of ladies first.

9) When be sure guests are ready to order, to take order correct and accurate.

10) To be able to make the order entry correctly, to have full control of the working principle of the hand terminals.

11) To give clear, appropriate and accurate answers to all questions that may be asked about the food or drinks in the menu, to establish a close but gracious dialog level.

12) Dress in accordance with the dress code. (Always clean and ironed uniform, clip a name badge, well cared for hair and nails).
