1. Should have good knowledge in Retail Master data like Merchandise hierarchy, Article hierarchy, Article master with all details of various article categories, site master. Should have good knowledge of Assortment & Layout Management, Pricing & Valuation, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Handling Unit Management, merchandise distribution, replenishment planning various P2P processes.
2. Good Knowledge of EDI Interfaces of interfacing with Third Party Systems or with Principal.
3. Support Experience of managing day to day IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting and adherence to SLAs for incidents.
4. Good Consulting Skills and should be able to independently handle business users and stakeholders.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
