Job Description: 
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Practice Leader with experience in SAP S/4HANA processes and technology in SAP. Practice leader must have strong business acumen in this field with an acute understanding of SAP solutions, both cloud and on-premise, that address business challenges. He/She will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, increasing the visibility of Microexcel’s SAP presence in the MENA region, leading the sales pursuits and winning new business, and overseeing the management and quality of all MENA projects. Naturally, as a Practice Director, the candidate must have excellent communication and strong presentation skills, have a trusted advisor quality, have strong SAP background and an outstanding work history.

Requirements include:

• Work with new and existing clients understanding the technical requirements.

• Manage the sizing and scoping of the projects both internally and externally.

• Play pivotal position wherein he will interface with the customer, sales team of Microexcel, SAP practice to lead and drive both presales and delivery for MENA region

Should be able to present and demonstrate SAP Products and clarify customer’s queries.

• Leads and assists others in using Microexcel’s ExcelSAP Methodology

• Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both

• Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level for all MENA clients

• Identifies sales leads through established networks in SAP MENA Ecosystem

• Leads all proposal efforts and develop compelling proposal strategies and win themes; participates in sales calls

• Able to presents to large groups of key decision makers at the executive level; develops and communicates vision and purpose; encourages contribution and support from others

• Ability to represent and communicate Microexcel’s value proposition to SAP MENA teams (Industry Groups, Sales Teams, etc.)

• Applies knowledge of SAP product and functional best practices, related technology trends, and SAP future direction to guide clients toward appropriate business solutions

• Delivers complex SAP solutions from start to finish including initial assessment and planning activities, process design and prototyping, and supports and oversees implementation and transition activities

• Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong SAP Pre-sales and Delivery Experience gained within a service sales environment.

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management implementation and Activate methodology

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Products

• Exposure to SAP Support Methodologies

• Experience in SAP Solution Design

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience, working for SAP or within the consulting/professional services practice of an SAP partner.

• Degree qualified with a strong intellect and problem solving skills.

• Sound knowledge in MS office WORD/EXCEL/PPT Experienced in working full life cycle implementations on accelerated timelines

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven managerial capabilities and successes

• Must be open to travel

• BS degree with a minimum of 8 years’ business experience

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong business process skills
