Job Description
POSITION: Secretary

SALARY: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications

HIRING COMPANY: Leading Hospitality Group

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Corniche in front of World Trade Center Mall)

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to any nationality, preferably Filipino

Female, 40 y/o and below

QUALIFICATIONS:

Secretarial Degree or any relevant diploma

Proven work experience as a secretary or as administrative assistant

Familiarity with office organization, optimization techniques, bookkeeping and data processing

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Working hours: from 9am to 6pm Friday off

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Make travel arrangements

Document expenses and hand in reports

Undertake occasional receptionist duties
