Guides, reviews and instructs probationary Security Officers through structured, on-site and on-the-job training programs.
Provides leadership to staff and customers in the absence of supervisory staff.
Works to assure safety of visitors and staff and property, works proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to needs of staff, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer service, and takes direction from department supervisory/management staff.
Work may involve high risk with exposure to potentially dangerous situations which requires range of safety precautions.
Works with potentially unpredictable individuals requiring that teamwork and communication with other security officers and staff are critical.
Physical interaction with such individuals requires strength, stamina, flexibility and critical thinking.
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have 5 year experience in Security Industry with 2 year in Training with similar position
Must be fluent in English
Preferably Filipino Nationality
5,000 QR – 6,000 QR Salary per month plus benefits

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
