Duties & Responsibilities: For their office in Abu Dhabi (UAE) they are hiring 2 candidates for the role of Senior Account Executive; •Develop an encyclopedic knowledge of their company’s products, whilst simultaneously understanding their clients’ needs; •Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market; •Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance brokers and IFAs; •Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and communication with intermediaries; •Increase the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services wherever possible; •Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients;

Education & Qualifications: •Business graduate and Medical degree is a plus; •1 - 2 years’ experience in similar role, either at insurance broker or insurance company; •Experience: UAE in broker relations;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
