Designation: Senior Accountant cum Sales

Job Vision: Streamline Accounting process, and train staff in current branch then move on next branch and streamline process there. Next branch still in planning stages, currently only one branch.

Job Role: Do the entire accounts/inventory/payroll for ABECO and 1 sister concern startup, file VAT reports quarterly for both, train sales staff to make electronic invoice through tally, attend all walk-in sales inquires, quote on all email inquiries, train staff to use Microsoft office to quote for email inquiries, so your burden of tasks keeps decreasing, which once you are completely free and can do accounts remotely(server setup in house) then you move to setup next branch to streamline and setup.

Timing’s: 8 – 1pm , 4 – 10pm, Friday Off. (3 hours every 1st Friday of every month, Warehouse Visit is compulsory by all employees for physical stock check/setting of cartons/dusting of cartons if required.)

Trip: Trip is calculated as 2 years, and 1 month unpaid leave is permitted every 2 years.

Salary: 2500 - 3000Dhs / month, where 500Dhs / Month is retained every month, until 24 months, after which 24x500 = 12,000Dhs is given back. The reason being people have used us as springboard before to secure better jobs once visa is issued and we lose out on time/money/efforts and we sincerely do not tolerate that in our company. We have no other intension on your retention money except that maybe your 12,000Dhs will keep you from jumping jobs. From second trip onwards the trust is formed and nothing will be retained, also we will be increasing your basic by 1000 – 1500Dhs. Every successful trip we keep adding 1000 minimum to maximum of 1500 Dhs to your basic.

Accomadation: Company will provide Bed space in sharing accommodation with current employees, Electricity/Water/Internet paid by company. If employee wishes to live in outside accommodation, he is permitted to do so at his own expenses.

Extra’s: There is no extra’s in our company you only get your salary and your retention money back on successful 1st trip completion, we believe in transparency at the highest level and hope to secure employees who share the same values. No Bonus/No Gratuity/No Return Tickets/No Medical unless compulsory by Sharjah Economic Department.
