JOB OVERVIEW: Generally, assist ARE in construction supervision of agricultural, irrigation, landscaping and infrastructure works. Identify non-conforming works, generating reports, corrective actions and coordinating responses. Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction. Observe, check and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods. Check instructions are being carried out. Monitor and record inspections, tests, work executed etc. Maintaining relevant records and activities. Check materials delivered are as approved and properly stored. Observe site safety procedures. Measure work done when required.
REQUIREMENTS: Engineering degree or diploma. 6 years of construction supervision experience. At least 3 years of recent experience in construction supervision of landscape projects related to parks, public realm, promenade and others. Knowledgeable in soft landscaping works such as planters, gardens, shading, rest areas, and utility services. Preferably with relevant experience working in an engineering consulting firm. Preferably with experience in Abu Dhabi or in UAE.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
