A reputed iconic entity in Abu Dhabi requires Senior Budget Officer for their Finance and procurement division. Whilst the candidate works closely with the Budget & Financial Reporting Unit Head, he/she shall also assist in coordinating and monitoring entity's annual operating budgets, single and multi-year business plans. Successful incumbent will track the progress on key performance Indicators to provide timely and accurate information on each Sector within the entity and their particular departments financial performance for management decision-making. UAE Nationals with bachelor / master degree in Finance & Accounting or ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA are preferred.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
