Open to Omani nationality Male/Female, 35 years old and below With bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or any related field is preferred Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer preferably with GCC experience Create the graphics, primarily for published, printed or electronic media, such as brochures, promotions, events and advertising, digital illustration, 3d modelling, video and animations Prepare artworks for marketing and visual design purposes such as banner, standees, newspapers ads, vouchers, wall stickers, web banners and materials, and embedded screen designs, web-sliders and e-mailers for promotional use Good communication and interpersonal skills Can join immediately (max 1 month) Work location: Muscat, Oman
Salary is up to 600 OMR full package depending on experience and qualifications

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
