Duties & Responsibilities: They are looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and sharp candidate for the newly created position of Senior HR Recruiter. This role will be responsible for a team of 4 Recruiters and reports to the HR Manager. Update current and design new recruiting procedures; Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance; Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire); Implement new sourcing methods; Recommend ways to improve our employer brand; Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs; Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations; Participate in job fairs and career events.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication, highly preferred English/Arabic; Great team management skills; Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases; Knowledge of labor legislation in Kuwait; Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation; Familiarity with social media and other professional networks; Strong decision-making and time management skills.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a related field; Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator; Minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment;

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
