Role Summary/Objective
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing all HR-related activities on a professional level and works closely with the senior business leaders across the Kingdom to deliver people related solutions to business challenges. Part of a HR matrix organisation, the HR Manager works in partnership with the Regional HR Centre of Expertise with its professionals (Reward, Talent Development and Learning, Global Mobility and Recruitment) to deliver the necessary HR support.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, training & development, policy implementation, employment and labour law compliance, on-boarding and benefits administration as well as management and monitoring of visas and Nitaqat and management of Saudization level.

This is an exciting and challenging role, utilizing expert skills and knowledge to deliver a breadth of service that spans a diverse range of operational HR activities.

In addition to managing a small team, this role serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department and the business.

This is a full-time position. Occasional travel is expected for this position.
1. Provides counselling and advice to employees and managers around employee relations, performance, compensation and disciplinary and retention related matters.
2. Performs various human resource plans and procedures for organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
3. Participates in employment terms administration, including verifying the intended change, seeking authorizations and working with HR shared services to execute the changes.
4. Provides support and guidance to employees and managers regarding learning and development opportunities, career development and progression, and capability enhancement.
5. Works collaboratively with all HR centres of expertise to deliver specialist advice and services.
6. Through the administration team, provide the necessary support, advice and guidance to the business on visas, Nitaqat and Saudizaton
7. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Assists in evaluating, developing and implementing processes that lead to improved results.
8. Seeks out best practice, shares ideas and networks with colleagues to ensure consistency and a value adding service.
9. Compiles reports from the database in the form of HR dashboards and ad hoc data-driven analyses. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
10. Manages and delivers global and regional HR programs and projects as directed.
11. Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Essential Criteria

HR Expertise
Proven working experience as HR manager/advisor with demonstrable, relevant experience in a senior human resources capacity, gained within a matrix organization, preferably within the professional services sector.
Demonstrable experience in the delivery of generalist HR processes.
In-depth knowledge of KSA labour law and HR best practice.
High regard for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Able to work collaboratively across a HR matrix organisation. Will work closely with HR peers, HR shared services, centres of expertise and business stakeholders to ensure joined-up delivery.

Can build strong working relationships and networks at all levels of the organization, while maintaining a high degree of integrity in a highly diversified environment

Sound analytical and numerical skills with experience compiling HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferably with previous working experience with a known HR Information System, Oracle or similar.

Applies judgment on a case-by-case basis and confident to make decisions.
A critical thinker able to identify and manage risk.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor or masters degree in relevant field and five years + of HR experience.
