Design, implement and maintainJava applications that are high-volume and low-latency
Solve complex and challenging problems related to software performance, latency and optimization
Analyze requirements, design solutions, debug, and enhance systems and solutions
Ensure the generation and maintenance of program and system documentation
Provide an optimized product performance by utilizing conventional technology and network programming
Develop, sustain and test software
Conductresearch and deployment analysis
Lead a small team, including the encouragement of personal and professional development
Support the company by examining best practices and improving given approaches
Plan, coordinate and supervise IT-related projects
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a similar qualification
At least six years of extensive working knowledge in Java programming
Experience with Apache Kafka as well as Cassandra DB and Redis
Good network protocols knowledge
Proficiency in the use of data-structures
Familiarity with using GIT, Jira, GitLab
Excellent English language skills, any other European language is an added value
Ability to lead a team
Hands-on developer with aproblem-solvingmentality

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
